For service characteristic, we train our staffs (or) employees with the lecture that we studied. Follow the factors of service characteristic such as intangibility, inseparability, variability and perishable. Every staff in our resort understanding about service and provider cannot separate from each other. And, we trained them by the words of “guest is the god”. We encourage them with our human resource department when they are depressed. We train all of staffs to smile, eyes contact, greeting and polite when they meet with guest. Their dress and manner are very important for our resorts. So, we claim on their dress and manner. Good service depending on who provide service and how they provide their service. All of staff in our resort needs to take care themselves about their cleanliness.
