Customer Service Officer’s Job Description:
Daily communication and follow up with customer regarding quotation, PO and delivery schedule.
Issue service job and part sales to the production for fabricated part.
Follow up the part sales job in the production line and communicate with customers.
Prepare shipment of part sales to customers.
Perform promotional activities, i.e. emails, over-the-counter.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and details of actions. taken. Multi-tasking all areas of job responsibilities as defined by management.
Communicate and coordinate with various internal departments.
Debt collection for service and part
Warranty Job coordinator
Visa, passport, Hotel booking for all Heil Asia's employees.
Support report to finance.
Work on projects assigned by superiors.
Qualification and Experience:
Customer Service Officer’s Qualification and Experience:
Female or male, age between 25-35 years old.
Bachelor's Degree graduated in Computer, Marketing, MBA or related fields.
Have service-minded and good interpersonal relations.
Good communication skills/ good interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS office
Have experience with manufacturing company for 2-3 years.
Good at speaking, writing and Listening English is a must.
Have experience with ERP system an advantage.
Computer skills.
Willing to work hard and under pressure. Ability to work smoothly with production and service staff as well as with external/internal customers.
Experience in customer service an advantage.
Flexible, Active and Fast Learning.
Will be required to work 5 days/week.
