As a Safety Officer, making changes to working practices that are safe and comply to legislation, developing internal safety policy, carrying out risk assessment and how to reduce risk, carrying out regular site inspection to check policies are adhered to and keeping record of incidents and accidents are major aspects of my job description at Heavy Duty Construction Company.
