After an investigation, it was revealed that our staff transported arrival bags to the wrong terminal. Those bags
were sent to the Domestic Terminal instead of International terminal. As a result, bags were delayed
delivery to passengers approximately 1.30 hours.
2. E3-8624/14DEC14 NNG/DMK
Our investigation found that our equipment arrived late at the aircraft. This has resulted in passengers were
sitting on board waiting for the buses more than 20 minutes.
