III. CRMIMPLEMENTATION PROBLEMS
It goes without saying that as the core of e-commerce
strategy CRM is important to the enterprise, according to the
latest market research, 42% of businesses already using
CRM in the United States, and this figure is still rising. But
CRM implementation process has not been easy, the failure
rate is very high (sometimes as high as 70%ü80%). We will
