Manage overall functions in the Field engineer team.
"Drive & support Field Engineer (direct report) to ensure that project objective are meet with required.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to meet customer expectations.
Minimizes our exposure and risk from day to day operation, review daily priorities and take appropriate action to ensure results are achieved.
Encourage open communication between team members, suggesting and driving forward ideas about how the team can work more effectively together
Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements
Set-up, manage and improve standards and procedures within the team
Hands-on experience or knowledge in IPTV is a plus.
Self driven with minimum supervision.
Leadership to manage a team of 6 persons.
