For your protection you credit card issuer will monitor transactions on your account and may dispute anything that seems out of the ordinary, this may result in a payment decline. For your security your credit card issuer will not divulge the reason for an unsuccessful collection to us.
•It may be that the amount you are trying to collect in one transaction exceeds a limit set by your card issuer. You can obtain an 'authorisation code' from your card issuer for this transaction. Once you have the authorisation code call us immediately so we can attempt collection.
•Card authorization has failed.
