1) How many low-rise projects of SDH or Townhouse or detached house do you have which are on-going which still have units to sell or will be launched in the future? From your info so far it would seem there is just Sena Park Grand and Sena Ville Lamlukka Klong 4.
2) With Sena Ville Lamlukka Klong 4 you said the pre-sales were 313m baht. But I wondered how much of this has already been booked as revenue by the company. What is the backlog now of pre-sales which have not yet been booked for the project? (I note from your info that revenue has been booked since 4Q11 so I would expect a lot of the presales have been booked already)
3) Then let’s look at the condo project Kith Lamlukka Klong 2. The pre-sales are 360m baht – but how much have already been booked as revenue and how much is left as a backlog of unbooked revenue? (This one started to book revenue in 1Q13)
4) Now lets look at Kith Klong Luang and split it into two parts – one part residential and one part commercial. From your first lot of info the residential should be 250m size with pre-sales of 15m and revenue to be booked from 1Q14. Now lets look at the commercial. From the second lot of information, taking away the residential would suggest this is 200m project size and 155m in pre-sales, again with booking to start in 1Q14 – is that right?
5) Then on Niche Mono Bangna – can we split this into Phase 1 and Phase 2 with separate figures please. Phase 1 was launched in 3Q11 and started booking in 3Q12. What is the project value size for Phase 1? What are the total pre-sales for Phase 1 and how much of that has been booked as revenue? What is the remaining backlog now of pre-sales to book?
Then for Phase 2 of the Niche Mono Bangna, what is the project value size, what are the pre-sales for Phase 2. I assume there is no revenue booked for this as Phase 2 isn’t due to book until 3Q14.
6) Are there any other projects from which you are going to book revenues during 2013 onwards? If so please give details of project size, pre-sales backlog of unbooked revenue and amount of unsold units in million baht.
