• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Human Resources Management, Political Science or any other related fields
• Male / Female, age 35-40 years, Thai nationality
• At least 5 years experience in employee relation management with the labor union Handling Labor Union in supervisory level.
• Preferably having experience in employee relations function especially form multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge in Thai labor law with strong interpersonal and negotiation skill.
• Strong systematic and analytical thinking with good data analysis and report gathering preparation.
• Knowledge of the business levers, processes would be an advantage.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.

Main responsibility is in charge of employee relations function, handle union relations management and compliance issues. Assist to the developing of communications programs and policies that drive good relationships. Main concentration will be shop floor associates, local labor unions and government agencies and authority’s coordination. Involve in the delivery of all HR services and support transactions processes to manufacturing. Create strong and effective teams to ensure ongoing, sustained and effective communications and enhance good relationships among employees and management. Advise on disciplinary action and consult line supervisors on all issues involving manufacturing employees on a wide range of issues, including discipline issues. Create, plan and manage company’s re
