Below FYI only. I believe in being transparent. You know that whether or not I formally ask for our partner BU Heads’ feedback, they have always in one way or another given their feedback directly or indirectly to me about how they view our individual Areas and its performance.

I would like to assure you that no single BU Head’s input will sway any opinion that I may already have of you. As stated in my mail below, it is just one of many components which goes into how I view you as a Leader of your Area.

I would like to say once again to each of you a big ‘Thank You’ for the support and commitment you have given our Bank and myself this year!
Although we didn’t meet some of our KPIs and targets, I believe each of you tried to do your very best and I truly appreciate that.

Together, let’s have an even more Successful & Great 2015!
