1. Work with Sales Department to develop training courses and activities on product/services, sales technique, etc. that is easy-to-learn, always updated and accurate
2. Manage a team of trainers (4+ positions) and train according to the planned courses/activities
3. Develop new learning media/activities such as e-learning, edutainment, on-screen helper, etc.
4. Oversee and ensure pleasant, fun and interactive HRD experiences
