Please inform you that in case cargo damaged in warehouse, before pick up cargo please inform customer to asking the wharf-survey report from Warehouse.
Please advise to customer claims back to their insurance if any, but if not please send claims to you and then you support claims letter to Shipco and we will forward all documents to our claims center at London to investigate on later.
For Tally report & Photo we cannot provide to you as our internal policy.
