I would like to report 4th /Jun. meeting at Mazda head office and Mazda Fohu plant.
1.Mr. Kitagawa : Mazda purchasing assistant manager
1) I reported him that tail cable problem and sorting operation were finished.
2) I requested Mr. Kitagawa ,
" If we can replace the tail cable, we would like Mazda to send them back to Thailand."
He answered ,”Regarding to Import parts, Mazda doesn't permit to replace if parts are more expensive.
Mazda charge Japan brake for NG brake assy. and then Japan brake will charge TSC.
Generally Mazda charge the supplier for parts cost and disposal handling charge 5% or 15%”.
So we can’t take measure to replace NG parts.
2. Mr. Kushizaki ,Mr. Tominaga : Mazda Fohu plant QA assistant manager
1) I reported them that tail cable problem and sorting operation were finished. And they approved.
2) I reported the quantity of DI (defect information) is different from actual NG parts quantity.
According to our totaled results, the former is larger than the latter.
So I asked them that we would like to request Mazda logistic to conduct an inventory.
and Mr. Kushizaki and Mr. Tominaga approved.
If DI is larger than actual NG parts, Mazda will cancel DI.
3. Mr. Oka : Mazda logistics officer
1) I explained mentioned above and requested to conduct an inventory.
He approved our request and he will do it on 7/Jun(Sun.)
