During case 2 at site D, the structure from case 1 site A had
been kept, in which the caregivers could list gaming as a work
task. Gaming was scheduled, but could also take place at the
initiative of the gamers. Some of the gamers were now “experts”,
as they had been playing since the start of the first project. Others
were beginners. This gave the expert gamers the additional role of
being instructors.
