Tom is a semi-retired German living in Pattaya. After having lived quietly for a few years, his friend suggested to him that he should open the restaurant serving real German seafood. Tom hed been a chef and owner of a seafood restaurant in Hamburg for 15 years so he has the confidence to go forward with setting up a company limited in Chonburi with a few Thai and Germany friends. All the German shareholders hold 90% of the company's shares and all the Thai shareholders hold the other 10%. Tom is the managing director of the company limited.
The company limited leased a plot of land from Khun Pui for 3 years. Tom then began constructing a restaurang on the land.
