We are unable to pay this invoice as it stands. Please resolve the following:
· We have 91,656 of credit with DFDL from advance payments. Please liaise with them and adjust our invoice accordingly.
· The ‘Sinking Fund’ of 150,000 THB doesn’t state the date / period that the fund covers. Please provide the details.
· The ‘Utilities security deposit’ doesn’t state the date / period covered. Is this a one of fee? And what is it for?
Once we have a satisfactory response to the above we will be able to make payment.
