We got the problem for transfering our ownership, we need a loan from ICBC Bank to support our buying , but the staff from ICBC told us , they cannot find a proper person from your company to contact and assistant the loan process. just feel so desperated there is nobody who can help us from you side. Could you help us to find the right person who can assistant us for loan from ICBC ?
Again, without the loan , we just cannot transfer the ownership. thanks for your understanging and any help for us.

I have stated clearly that i have no wish to deal or communicate with your organisation .At this juncture , I will response to only this email .
I and my friends were harassed and embarassed by several of youf Staff on site on 18 July . I even asked to see the Mànager and was told the Mamager was too busy to attend to me . The humiliation your staff caused me is by no means a small matter. As an investor and businesswoman, time is of the esssence . As I was not informed that I had to carry out defects inspection in order to view the unit , much time was wasted causing me to càncel my next business meeting lined up on that day despite the fact that i told your staff on side that I was extremely busy over that short trip there . Never have I come across such unfair and unprofessional treatment of the rights of an individual let alone a buyer of your client , V Sukhumvit 43 Development Co Ltd
As I have already stated in my email to Ms Kistda of my decision to cancel the contract and have a full refund as agreed by the Developer is final .
There is no further need for apology However , your organization should learn from this case and seek to look deep into learning how to handle high end accounts like H Condo customers with highly trained staff who is capable of handling international customer and able and willingly to converse in English and not expecting clients to speak Thai just because the property invested is in Thailand . To this end I rest my case and from here on as stated in my earlier emails to Ms Kistda, I wish only to communicate to V Sukhumvit 43 . Thank you .
