For many years, we have been using the Affinity Diagram in workshops
and search conferences with great results. It’s a highly effective
way of having participants sort their own ideas without the intervening
bias of the researcher or facilitator. And now we have taken
it to a new level, making it ‘embodied’. In the conference where we
piloted it, after two days of contributions, activities and reflection, we
used this model to help participants identify reflections and lessons.
