This section presents the findings of the study organized in sub-sections. Section 4.1 focuses on the first research question,
examining how primary students’ writing performance changed over time. It focuses on the statistical analysis of students’ writing
performance using Paired Samples t-test for students’ writing as this was evaluated with a pre-test and post-test administered at the
beginning and end of the academic year, and a repeated measures analysis of variance for students’ writing as this was evaluated
through e-portfolio artifacts; the student-produced essays included in their portfolios over one academic year. The alpha-level for all
statistical tests was set a priori at 0.01. Section 4.2 focuses on the second research question, examining the extent to which e-portfolios
can support primary students’ peer feedback skills. More specifically, Sections 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 present the analysis of the number and
quality of students’ peer feedback in their e-portfolios. Section 4.2.3 presents the results of the qualitative analysis of students’ interviews
on their perceptions of peer feedback and difficulties they faced in providing or receiving it. Lastly, Section 4.2.4 presents the
analysis of the teacher’s interview on her perceptions on peer feedback
