The Lessor guarantee to the Lessee, the Land Lease shall be 30+30+30 years. The term of the lease shall be a period of 30 (thirty) years, or the maximum period as permitted by Thai Law (“Lease Term” ) commencing from the date that the parties has completed the registration of the Lease at the Land Office.
**In during the first Lease Term period 0f 30 (thirty) years if the Thai Law change policy the Lessee shall be lease the Land longer than 30 (thirty) years, the Lessor shall be renewed the Lease Term to the Lessee immediately if the Lessee wanted. or if Thai Law change policy the Lessee shall buy the Land the Lessor shall be transfer the ownership of the Land to the Lessee without extra cost. The Lessee shall bear the cost of the Registration fee and every expenses in relation to the registration of the Lease or all cost about transfer the ownership of the Land.
