1. Storeroom & Person for support
There is possibility or not we can build store for keep everything , have person in room for support and record when issue – pay all the time
and move stock in office # 2 to included storeroom ( I think we should have Storeroom) we have 2 member.... anyone for support.
2. Person for support document & spare part in tooling room
Now Tooling room have problem about document when have audit may be Jeab-san can support because in old company she position clerk support engineer section
I think she have skill and can manage about spare part or document
3. In case employee pass away
Most company will made life insurance for employee SEKI don’t made How do you think? If we do life insurance we must pay to insurance every year around 32,000 baht/years receive 100,000 baht
If we have provide benefit to employee in case pass away, company pay when employee pass away only .... I think “NO ONE WANT TO DIE”
At least employee feel good have something guarantee for family
