Can you please make sure as of July onwards, to include outstanding AL, PH and COMP LEAVE per department in the monthly dashboard.
As a general rule, ALL leave should be cleared by December 31st and NO leave can be carried over into the following year. This to avoid any company liability. It is therefore important that all department heads and managers are responsible to clear the AL, PH and COMP leave in their respective departments. HR will administer and share the outstanding leave with them on a monthly basis. This should always be on the agenda of the department heads meeting too.
