An operator shall na have a valid air operator certificate issued by the state of the operator.
provide an operations manual
ensure that all operations personnel are properly instructed
ensure that when passengers or cargo are being carried, no emergency or abnormal situations.
provide checklists used by flight crews prior to, during and after all phases of operations, and in emergency
retain fuel and oil records for a period of three months.
designate one pilot to act as pilot-in-command for each flight.
ensure that passengers are made familiar with the location and use of equipment and process for normal and abnormal situation.
