1. To supervise the quality system of the company.
1.1. To establish of the policy, duty, responsibility and the job training for the staffs.
1.2. To promote of education and training on the SPM standardization and quality control for the staffs.
1.3. To control the establishment, revision, withdrawal of SPM internal standards.
1.4. To assess of the quality level of the product concerning certification of the registered certification body.
1.5. To supervise the treatment with regard to abnormalities, complaints, etc. generated in the process and guide or advise for the corrective and preventive action.
1.6. To acquire standard specifications for new grade product and plan about requirement of new standard certification. This is for product improvement.
1.7. Responsible for inspection, monitoring of customer complaint management and meeting with the Quality Committee for non conforming management.
1.8. To guide and advise and coordination among departments with regard to the implementation of SPM standardization and quality control of each process.
2. To approve establishment of internal controlled document related to quality.
3. To confirm of conformity with JIS and shipment of the product concerning the certification of the registered body
4. To support and promote the implementation of environmental, safety and healthy management system.
5. To plan about man power management.
6. To approve the related document
