Therefore, because agreeableness
does not appear to foster a strong motivation to learn
and because its relationship to a
wide variety of tasks,
including technology use,
appears relatively weak,
we do not hypothesize a direct relationship to behavioral intentions
to use an IT system or actual IT system use. However,
for the sake of completeness in terms of the FFM, we do
include agreeableness in our overall model (e.g., Major
et al, 2006)
