Dear Customers Service Department,
I'm writing to suggest you about your service centre, the Vibhavadi branch, I made an appointment for 20,000 km. check up on Saturday 1.00PM. I arrived 30 minutes early which was also the lunch time for staff. I dont mind to wait because I know I was early however there were few staff who also there in the show room but no one care to ask or even greeting, moreover your reception area is quite small and there is not enough space for every one to wait for your service and the staff didn't seems to care to arrange more seats for others customers. it's all about service mind that you staff could have just pay a little attention won't kill any body. I truly love your car but your after sale service needs to be improved
