When each of department request employees, they are fill in Workforce and Staff Requisition Form and approved by General manager (Please see sample in Attn. ) send to HR department. After that, HR department provided employees from channel web site of recruitment (Job Thai) or walk-in. in order to choose and appointment employees to interviews so K.Supatida M. (HR Senior Supervisor) will record information in Recruitment Module i.e. Graduation, work experience , address,etc. So when they have interviewed with interviewee and they have selected the interviewee K.Supatida M. (HR Senior Supervisor) will Transfer information to Person Module.
