- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, meeting with HR Manager to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruitment agencies, media, and internet sites ; providing organization information and recruiting in each project.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements ; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules between candidates and managers.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with HR manager ; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Accomplishes human resources related recruitment and organization mission by completing results as needed.
- To arrange job fair in university or job exhibition and follow up application form after finish.
- To do and submit monthly recruitment report to HR Manager.
- To do welfare coordinate meeting for Thai staff.
- General Human Resources such as prepare staff benefits, do social security, time attendance of Thai staffs.
