CONCLUSION
This research found that the RDCO was considered an important nursing diagnosis present in the clinical practice of nursing. A total of eight risk factors for RDCO achieved a DCV ≥ 0·7. Although risk factors
above the cut-off point have generated a high CVI, they neither allow estimates of how much vulnerability they determine nor distinguish which of them are sensitive or specific. Moreover, it is not possible to specify the exact boundary beyond which changes in health status represent a risk or a real problem.
