1. Female aged between 23-28 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree in any related field
3. Having minimum 2 years experiences in executive secretarial work
4. Good Command of written, Spoken communication in English is required, other languages are advantage
5. Good looking with an outstanding personality
6. Confident and excellent interpersonal skills
7. Team Player and ability to work under pressure
8. Good computer skill in using Words, Excel, powerpoint
9. Good negotiation, motivation and communication
10. Having organizing and planning skills is advantage

1. Handle and provide a full range of secretarial and administrative duties/assignments
2. Manage the MD and Board of Director's Calendar, air ticket, hotel booking
3. Take minutes of meetings
4. Arrange and facilitate professional meetings,conference and seminars
5. Work effectively with heads of division/department business unit of company
6. Follow up and ensure execution of task and assignment given
7. Follow up on tasks and assignment given to staff for report back to MD
