I remember the years when I had to set my alarm clock in the morning to drive downtown into work. The commute was over an hour through rush hour, sometimes and hour and 15 minutes. And if I wanted to miss an hour and 40 minute commute home, it meant staying at work until 7 pm.
Looking back at it now and remembering all of those people lined up on the freeway twice a day, it blows me away that our educational system does not empower our children to be entrepreneurs and instead turns them into walking drones.
