I am well informed about everyday life in my hotel, and connect with Mira all the time.
And last news about the hotel disappointed me. I wanted to built a team from employes. And paid them enough money for their honest work in the hotel. But during my absence cruel and dishonest situations appeared.
It was tough for me to fire old employes and to built a new team from new people. Mira said that you have shown yourself and asked me to keep you as an employee. Mira and I decided to pick new team. It is not a good time for hotel business: few tourists - few money. But it is a good time to pick new employes!!!!
We (Mira and I) wanted to save a good place in the hotel for you! Still this email to clients completely changed our plans about your work in this hotel. Before writing this letter you were able to talk to Mira and explain your actions.
After reading "My explain" letter I was pleased, that you explained your actions. In Russia we say: "person who never made a mistake, never worked".
My advise to you, if you want to work in the hotel, calm yourself and keep collecting new employes for your hotel team, keep close contact with Mira.
Let us start all over and trust each other!!
