We announced our third quarter earnings on October 25 and followed that with our Discussion with Doug employee town hall. Thousands of global employees tuned in to see the presentation from the Morton Parts Distribution Center in Morton, Illinois.

It was great to focus on the outstanding work at Morton and all of our distribution centers around the world. Our customers and dealers rely on these facilities to make sure they have what they need, when they need it, to keep our equipment running. And it's our people who make sure that happens!

It was great to focus on the outstanding work at Morton and all of our distribution centers around the world. Our customers and dealers rely on these facilities to make sure they have what they need, when they need it, to keep our equipment running. And it's our people who make sure that happens!

I was also glad to welcome our incoming CEO, Jim Umpleby to join me during the presentation. I have great confidence in Jim and know our company is in great hands going forward!
