Sojitz is large company in Japan but a few thai people know that the company is reputable, same like me, First time I don’t know too.
I called, send E-mail and visit them for introduce our services but that time Reeracoen just set up and start to running business,
They unknow our company and not believe we can help them to find candidate so I try to many times to show our profile, garantee, services and explain our process fot recruit candidate to them and finally they trust me to use Reeracorn services, now they use our services and I have 8 palcement with them.
The obivious problem is
1. They need candidate to high perfomance but give them to low salary, some candidate can't to accept condition.
Example Female candidate has with them sales chemical position, She has experinec in flied chemical and good persanality, good in english, they offer salay to her same
last salary her get, she rejectg them because she has interview with other company and they offer her more than Sojitz.
2. Staff in this company to high turn over becasuse about them job to take times to working sometimes went to work on weekend and late to go back home.
3. Sojitz has process to interview candidate around 2-3 times, some position 4 times that make candidate got the job from other recruiter because they can't wait of result.
The invisible problem is
1. Mangnaging Directer don't understand why have many cancel interview.
2. Salary increae is to low, if compre in the market now, some staff woked with them to long times and they hire new staff equal old staff that is not fair for old staff
3. Recently, a new graduates from university, they need a rather high salary than before. Company was unable to manage with this problem.
