It was a great pleasure working with you for the last 6 or 7 months. Thank you for everything that you have done. I'm sorry that I can not stay till my initial working month at reservation. I feel like I will turn into an evil person if I continue to stay working at a place where I no longer feel happy. I spoke to Teddy this yesterday to clarify that I didn't quit because of Ma Ei Mon. My decision has noting to do with Ma Ei Mon.

You defends your team even though your team member made the mistake
From what I see, you always defend your team thinking they are right but sometimes defending your team or standing by their side is great but you need to find out what's wrong and solve the problem. Be the mediator instead of fueling the problems. Be straight forward with your team and encourage your team members to be straight forward and admit their mistakes to improve themselves.
Its good to work peacefully and be an easy going boss but sometimes you need to be a little hard on your team so they respect you and they obey the rules and regulations.
I wish I was provided with feedback on my performance monthly or tri-weekly so I know where I stand.
I know I'm in no position to give you feed back but I feel its crucial for future trainees and I hope you take my feedback as construct criticisms.
