Thai Nationality.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field or higher
Good command in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in HRM, HRD, and HRIS, preferably Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management for Section Head position.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR function for senior officer position.
Have knowledge of Labor Laws and personal income tax with hands-on experience in handling employee relations, labor issues and annual return.
Understand and be able to administer the overall management of the human resource department
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hardworking and able to work under pressure
Computer literate (MS Office)
