According to my information, the order was dispatched on 26 January. lt was delayed because there was a problem with the ship transporting the goods. l am extremely sorry that you were not informed about this earlier.l received the news by email. but l have been away from the office over the last week. l am very pleased to say that your order is now on its way and it will be with you very soon.
