As files enclosed please find an updated the feedback of guests satisfaction record summary in October 2014 for your information and further action,
in order to reinforce our services. On the other hand, overall our services performance percentage rated this month is 93 % which slightly decrease from last month 95%, but still less than last year as 95% though.
Even though we have received high percentage rated at some function areas per below table, but found below expectation voted by guests in many function areas ( see per file attached in red color marked). Relevantly, the average percentages of guests experience summary this month per below figures table as following by :

Regarding of guest’s issues comment this month, all comments had been report on daily basis, some problems sorted out already and some still keep working on it. Majority issues is concerned with the services provided, the resort facilities not in good functional, and communication.
The major resort facilities guests have comment not working properly or not in good functional following by:
“ Water Temperature , “ Water Pressure “ , and following by “Lighting system “
