Establish schedules and methods for providing facility maintenance services, supplies and equipments
Monitor operational activities and inspection program for lot new car coming and repairs
Calculate warranty reports, warranty costs & budgets and ensure warranty provision for every vehicle sale.
Execute policy Monthly P&A reports, Workshop fix check-up, data feedback, quality problems
Monitor member feedback and ensure prompt resolution of any issues
Manage Pre Sales and After Sales Service
Ensure the co-operation between the team and related functions to achieve company's targets
