We had booked 5 rooms on this booking id in Paris Brussels Amsterdam and Frankfurt.
When passenger checked in Hotel Atrium had just confirmed 1 room instead of 5 rooms.
The guests had to face major discomfort and were forced to wait in the hotel lobby for approximately one and a half hour. When contacted GTA emergency number, the team asked the hotel reception to look out for nearby properties. They found one and the guests were moved to another property. The guests had no choice but to take that option. When we spoke to Mr John from GTA Dubai office, he assured us that the client will not have to pay anything. However they were charged EUR 662 for 4 rooms for 2 nights.
This particular indecent has left a very ugly image of Red Apple for no fault of ours. The client is now threatening to pull back the entire winter business unless Red Apple Compensates them.
Please check what sort of compensation can be done to the clients as this not only tarnished Red Apple’s image but also GTA’s image as a service provider.
Please find attached the hotel invoice and the cab payment slips. These are the costs that the pax had to incorporate due to the book-out.

Also note the GTA booking was totally unutilized 19910758. The client is demanding some sort of compensation over and above the actuals. Please check what is the best we can get for tarnishing Red Apple’s reputation in the new Vietnamese market.
