c) A party affected by an event of Force Majeure will:
1. promptly after being affected, give written notice to the other party setting out the full particulars of the event of Force Majeure and the manner in which the estimated time for its performance is thereby prevented or delayed;
2. use reasonable endeavours to remove or mitigate the effect of the event of Force Majeure at the earliest possible time, provided that a party shall not be obliged to settle a strike, lockout or other labour difficulty; and
3. Upon becoming aware of abatement of the event of Force Majeure, notify the other party promptly of such fact in writing
