III. HEAT TRANSFER OF EVAPORATIVE
CONDENSATION
In order to simplify the calculation, some hypotheses are
considered. when the plant is in stable thermal equilibrium,
there exists the heat equilibrium formula, that is the heat rate
transferring from the cooled fluid inside tube to the water film
outside tube is equaled to the heat rate transferring from the
water film to the air (namely, the heat rate brought by the air,
it includes sensible heat and latent heat). So before the
advance calculation, one water film temperature value should
be supposed, and then the necessary heat transfer area of both
side water and air interface at the condensing load are
calculated respectively, after iterative calculation, when the
error of heat transfer area which is calculated by the two
different method is in the allowable range (such as ±1%), the
design requirement can be considered.
