Admission decision
It is important to allow enough time for both the visa application process and the scholarship application process. For this reason we request you send us your application for an Erasmus+: Erasmus Mundus scholarship before 01 December 2015. We will need up to six weeks to process your application and to make a selection of students who are:
a) admitted to the programme,
b) admitted to the programme and who qualify for a scholarship,
c) not admitted to the programme.
Students who apply for a scholarship will be notified about the preliminary selection resultst latest 01 February 2016. The preliminary admission decision will be based on the information provided in the application form. If the information is incomplete, the PLANET Europe Programme Management Committee (PMC) reserves the right to reject an application.
After receipt of your application form and the necessary documents, one of the student counsellors will check to see if the application is complete and he or she will review your previous education. The student counsellor will submit your application to the Examining Board of the programme, who recommends that you either be admitted or denied admission.
Selection results will be sent to the Erasmus+: Erasmus Mundus Agency EACEA in Brussels latest 28 February 2015. The EACEA needs at leat 30 days to validate the selection results. Final and validated selection results are expected latest 15 April 2016. The consortium will notify student as soon as possible both by e-mail and letter.
For self-financing students who do not want to apply for an Eramus+: Erasmus Mundus scholarship different deadlines apply: 10 February 2016 (for non-EU/EEA students) and 10 April 2016 (for EU/EEA students).
