I understand your concern that you want approval in the "GROCERY" category. I would be glad to assist you in this regard. I apologies for the inconvenience caused to you because of this issue.
I have investigated the invoices which you have provided us and I regret to inform you that the invoice you have provided does not meet the criteria. As per the Amazon policy we need 3 invoices with the following criteria:
• Invoices dated within the last 90 days, or showing item delivery or purchase within the last 90 days
• Your name and contact information or your company’s name and contact information
• The name and contact information of the company that provided your billing statements, vendor invoices or packing slips
• The names of the products you purchased
Hence I request you to please provide us 3 invoices with following criteria or provide us 1 piece of document from each list 1 and list 2.
LIST:1
1. US Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Certificate of Registration (showing the Seller has registered with the FDA)
2. US Food & Drug Administration (FDA), New Dietary Ingredient (NDI) Notification (this is a form that may be filed by a manufacturer or
distributor, with the FDA)
3. A product testing document or safety assessment from an independent laboratory or consulting company (shows an analysis of the
ingredients in the product)
LIST:2
1. Business website URL
2. Business address of Seller owned store/office
3. Business address of Seller owned manufacturing plant
4. Business certification showing that Sellers registered their business (e.g. business license or sales/use tax license)
5. Home occupation permit
