Ingredient of Winter Melon Soup with Chicken (Tom Jued Fak Kieaw Gai)
1. 4 cups Winter melon
2. 2 pieces Chicken breast
3. 5 clove Garlic
4. 2 Coriander roots
5. 1/2 cup Fresh mushroom
6. 1 Tsp. Salt
7. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
8. 1/4 Tsp. Grounded pepper
9. 1 liter Water
How to Cook Winter Melon Soup with Chicken (Tom Jued Fak Kieaw Gai)
1. Boil water with chicken bone, coriander root and garlic.
2. Add chicken with fresh mushroom in boiling water.
3. Season with fish sauce, salt and grounded pepper.
4. Add winter melon.
5. Boil over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
