- Check - in / Check - out date: 28 - 29/10/2016
Problem: Guest accidentally input the incorrect check - in / check - out date, the correct one must be: 28 - 29/11/2016. Guest still wants to keep the booking and is willing to pay the penalty.
Can you please kindly reconsider this case and ask for your boss's approval?
