- Appointing candidates to interview with relevant interviewers
- Managing online recruitment/agency recruitment processes and agreements
- Conducting first interviews and reference checks as required before proposing to next interviewers
- Issuing health check up form to new staff for their check up at the hospital
- Prepare orientation handbook.
- Conduct a part of orientation program for new staff
