To manage and lead the Call Center Department to support BSM business and operations. It is to ensure that this department will drive BSM to its target direction for telesales and customer care. The description is as followings.
• Jointly responsible with Contractors sales manager for overall domestic sales target for contractor clients
• Responsible for overall Call Center operation supporting sales, branch operation, after sales service and PR/marketing activities
• Help my team to solve overall strategic problems, which related to other departments
