2. Make sure item is out of our hands and shipped within the handling time we selected.
3. If for some reason there is a problem with an order, we will contact the customer within 12 hours when the order is placed and either resolve the issue or refund the buyer.
4. We will start looking to sell just BRAND NEW ITEM and keep clear from USED items, that way there is no misunderstanding on what the Buyer is getting.
