The error that you are encountering is caused since the SmartEvent Server is unable to verify current contract coverage for SmartEvent Blade. (reference to SK 101361).
From reviewing the Smart-1 205 (MAC: 00:1C:7F:41:C1:FF) the contracts for the Compliance, SmartReporter and SmartEvent have all expired on 12/14/2015 (preventing the SmartEven gui to open).
